EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At Naksh, each piece is crafted with love and care. As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once our pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for a replacement or a credit note (Credit note is valid 60 days from the issue date).
If you're unsure about your size, we recommend consulting our size chart or reaching out to our team for guidance. If, despite this, you’d like to request an exchange, please contact us at nakshfashionstudio123@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 90495 08175 (text only; no calls for better record-keeping). Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days to guide you through the exchange process. Additional information or photographs may be requested to assess your return request — we kindly ask for your cooperation.
Once your return or exchange request is approved, you must courier the item to us within 7 working days and share the shipment details. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that products purchased on discount/sale/flash sales are not eligible for return. If an item shows signs of being worn (e.g., perfume, stains, washing), Naksh reserves the right to reject the return/exchange request.
DISCLAIMER:
· Once a piece has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
· Pants are not eligible for Returns or Exchange
· Not all products are eligible for exchange. All made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
· In case of product exchange all communication will be done on Whatsapp only. Product can be exchanged with same amount product or higher product ( By paying difference) Or you can get credit note (Validity Will be 60 days from the Issue Date), Credit note also will be encashed on Whatsapp only.
- No discount will be applicable during the exchange process, as the discount has already been availed on the original purchase.
Items purchased during Any Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
HOW TO EXCHANGE?

Once confirmed, please ship the product to the following address: we do not accept any Return/ Exchange without Prior Information.

The shipping cost for returning the product is to be borne by the customer. When we dispatch the exchanged product, a Rs. 150 COD charge will apply. (If you are exchanging 1-2 product, more than that shipping charges will vary)
Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return/exchange. All original documents should be included in the return package.
Naksh reserves the right to inspect the product’s condition before processing any exchange or credit note.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not offer free international shipping. Customers must bear the courier costs. The final shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the provided zip code.

Delivery timelines for international orders are typically 10-15 working days. Customized orders or out-of-stock items may take longer, and we’ll inform you of estimated timelines accordingly. Delivery times are subject to location, distance, and logistics partner timelines.
Import duties, handling fees, and taxes may apply as per your country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Naksh. For clarity on potential fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
REFUND POLICY

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.
● Returns/exchanges on claims of damage or defective products will only be accepted with the valid video proof.
● please note that this product is crafted from authentic handloom cotton, made in separate batches. As a result, the placement of blocks and colors may vary slightly, although our artisans strive to achieve the closest match. Natural variations in print and pigmentation are common, reflecting the beauty of genuine craftsmanship. These unique characteristics enhance the individuality of each piece, making it truly one of a kind. Hence it is not considered as a defect.
